Airsoft

Any idea when the next airsoft game is going to be? Not too worried as it's freezing, just wondered really. 1 game away from UKARA status, not that I understand how to register :-/

HI ryan and all, I think all airsoft questions etc should come via me through here or text etc as im fully up to speed with everything.
So for those who have not been airsofting, its simuler to paint balling but more realistic and acting millitary style objectives as opposed to just team games. Gunman airsoft is the site we use and it is very good, without kit it can be bit pricey your talking about £55 every time you go but if u like it u can buy kit and most of us have something now

If you want to register you need two things!

Resitration form for gunman site inorder to become a memeber of the site itself you can get this from the website. After three games (one being a filmsim game(more on that later) you will be registered BUT NOT registered as UKRA.

UKRA (I think its what its called) Means a licence to purchace "realsistic" firearms off websites etc. This is a seproate form you can get of the Gunman website and needs to be signed off when you hand in your gunman registration form. I would suggest you get them to fill their bit out themselfs and then take it back and post it urself as there has been issues getting it sorted when leaving it with them.

Next game weekend is 26th if we go on a sunday then its every two weeks.

End of month game is normanly just "Normal rules" ie have as much ammo as u like with you and when you are hit you resporn back at your base.

Mid month is normanly filmsim
The rules for this are slightly different, for starters you will need to bring a few strips of banages you will need 2. In play when ur hit you fall to the ground and call for a medic if someone comes by to help you they can take one of your banages and put it on you and your then revived and can carry on the fight. If you run out of banages you will then need to respon at base starting with your two banages again. If someone is hit whilst reviveing you your both KIA outright. If your down and no one comes you have to stay down for at least 2 mins, so its a much nicer (me and tom found) way to play as it gives you a rest at times and removes people form play longer so better tactics. There is also some restrictions on how much ammo you can have and how many mags you can carry but thats told o nthe day.

well tis is my bday weekend that weekend (tis no problem) i need a lil sorting out because i think there is a girl meetage on the saturday evening the 25th so will b about then for meetage and we could go airsofting the next day if u wanted if not the next game two weeks after that should be good so if peeps r interested i would like a big group of us to go as it normanly fizzles out too about 3 peeps lol

Well, let us know if you book it up so we know what we are doing. With any luck martin will be round on the Saturday anyway for axis and allies and should have time afterwards for a game of something else if you want to come over.

Hi guys so I think I know who said thet were attending airsoft this coming sunday but can u let me know for sure and if you need kit hire. we need to get there fairly early tbh so I suggest meeting round Toms for 7:45 and leave for 8 ve underestamated the time it takes to get ready in the past so making sure we are all set up before game starts is this ok?

Hi everyone, airsoft sunday 13th (next weekend) its film sim so you will need to bring two banages if u get one y0ou could always cut it in half it just needs to fit rount your arm and tie u and stay there haha. Il explain for those who are unsure just text me and il give u a call as it will be easyer to explain that way. Very excited more of you have ur own guns and looking forward to you comming bit more reguler if you could let me know if u are coming il let josh know so he can have a head counds it gunna be a great day some good games planned
